At Healthry bites we take the effort out of healthy eating. All of our meals are perfectly portioned, nutritionally balanced and ready to eat.

What if I have allergies?
If this is so , After you've placed your order please send us a follow up email stating all your allergens. We will then be sure to prioritize you meals and be sure to carefully prepare them.

How long does the food last?
Most meal prep meals will last between three to five days in the fridge.

How do you store your meal prepped food?
Be sure to refrigerate all meals especially those that include vegetables.

How do I cook the meals?
All of our meals are fully cooked and designed for quick, easy microwave heating. Meals will require 2-2.5 minutes in the microwave

Where do we deliver?
We delivery everywhere on the island of New Providence. (Home,Work, etc)

Is there a delivery fee?
No, there is no delivery fee.

What should I do once meals are received?
Once the product is received, it must be refrigerated immediately (if you decide not to eat right away). If you choose, you can put it in the freezer since the product has never been frozen before. (Please note meal will not be as tasty if frozen.)

No, we are delivery only.

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer C.OD (cash on delivery) for our daily meals. Weekly and monthly plans are to be paid via bank transfer and confirmed through email.
